Returns or exchanges may be requested for the following items within 30 days of delivery:

- Rings

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

- Be unused and unworn

- Be in original packaging

- Show no signs of damage, perfume, lotions, or water exposure

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

- Earrings

- Ear cuffs

These items are considered final sale.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
